Hands down the worst experience

Hands down the worst experience I have had with a company. The hidden fee's and below poor customer service have been beyond painful.
I have used this company for about 2 years now and tried to cancel after 3 months because of the poor service and was contacted but customer support and given a bunch of discounts and had had the royal carpet unrolled for me. I decided to stay, and they asked me to consider changing my review to reflect a better experience.
Here we are over a year later and I regret not leaving.
There customer service is relentless when they need something from you and nonexistent when you need something from them. I had people calling me almost every day when I was returning my terminal to them. It got so bad that it felt like one of those extended warranty scammers.
To put the cherry on top of this crap experience, the $100 annual charge was included in my last month’s service.
