If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. BEWARE. This company will sell you on rates that don't actually exist. You MUST read the fine print!!! The rates differ depending upon the type of credit card used ie: rewards cards incur higher rates that non-rewards cards. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! You wind up dealing with at least 3 different companies. Elavon which processes the credit card transactions for Merchant One has kept me on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes each time I have called to dispute charges deducted from my account. My most recent call yesterday was ignored for 51 minutes. I wound up hanging up. Unless you have a lot of time to kill STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
