I just came out of a bad business partnership which left me on the brink of bankruptcy, with a mound of debt. After attempting to work with my creditors to lay out a payment plan that I could afford and still have food and shelter I was hopeless. The amount of debt that I owed was too much for me to pay, and the creditors would not negotiate with me. Tim McFarlin was a breath of fresh air. He was very encouraging, and he made me feel like everything was going to be okay after bankruptcy, which is the complete opposite of what society tells you. Tim was right. My debts were discharge a little over a year ago, and I have been improving my credit score ever since. It's not the end of your life, and it's definitely not the end of your business career. I have started p a new business and so far so good. If you are thinking about filing for bankruptcy, go and see Tim McFarlin, he'll help get you through it.
