I am a small business owner, and I was over my head in debt. Creditors were calling me on a daily basis, several times a day, and these people aren't exactly polite. In fact; they were very rude, and insensitive to the situations that were out of my control that cause me to get so far behind on my payments. There was no reasoning with my creditors anymore.
