I was most dissatisfied at first with the poor quality of products, state of disrepair in the salon and complete absence of professional esthetics equipment. I eventually decided to transfer due to the turn over rate of my instructors. My refund paperwork clearly states I am owed $4,616.60. Marinello was suposed to send me the check within 30 days & transfer. After nearly two months, and with no explanation, Marinello sent me a check for significantly less.....$488.25. I was shocked.
I have been in constant contact with the school and have recieved no calls in return. In fact, I have been denied the corporate number several times. I am looking resolve the matter in court, now that Marinello has wasted two months of my time and cheated me out of nearly five-thousand dollars. Nice!!!
Wonder why Marinello Schools of Beauty are NOT accredited by Better Business Bureau? I will tell you it is not worth the risk, this school is not afraid to blatantly rip-off its students. Don't let it happen to you or your loved one.
