This is the WORST auto repair place I have EVER been to. They take my vehicle, promising that it would be done within 3 days. Sounded perfect. It has now been over 2 weeks. I've called every day, as they have requested, and every day I am given an excuse. Different one every day. Wrong part. Another wrong part. Someone didn't come in. It's fitting together now but it'll take another few days. They'll say it'll be definitely ready that afternoon. When I call to ask if I can come down, I am told no, give them another day. I understood the wrong part the first week. They said it takes a day to get the part from LA. Ok, that should add 1 or 2 days max. But then they get the wrong part, and put my car back together with the wrong part in it. Which means more time to dismantle it, get the right part, and put it back together? Don't they check that they're ORDERING the right parts, and when it gets there, don't they check that they RECEIVED what they ordered? I have been stranded for two weeks now, and I only made arrangements for 3 days, having faith in this company to do as they said. A couple of extra days, I would have understood. But an extra week and a half? I just called a half an hour ago, and they said to call back....TOMORROW. I will Never go here again. Oh, by the way, I basically got a "too bad" from the guy I talked to two days ago, until I started crying. Then he apologized and offered to knock a few dollars off the bill. I started to cry because I am pregnant and could not get to my doctor's appointment because they won't give me my vehicle back! If I could give 0 Stars, I would.
