MHAUSA is a scam I just got a letter from the FBI stating they are under review. I am out 10,000.00 dollars from this company. They tell you they are going to save you money but in the end they steal all your money you put in the home saver program. I have learn a hard lesson and could write alot about this company but i just decided to state the basic. they are very manipulate. They are also located in Toledo Ohio. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.
