I used to use this company about 5 years ago. I was always very happy with their work and they were always on time. Since then I have moved into a smaller place and have not needed house cleaning services. However, this year for Christmas, I decided to get my condo deep cleaned. I called Maid For You on Wednesday and they were able to set up an appointment for me at 4 o'clock on Friday. Friday at 4 came and went. Finally at 4:40 I got a hold of someone at the main office. I was told that the driver was just waiting for the girl to be done and then they would be over. I asked why, if they were already 40 minutes late and would probably end up being over an hour late after all was said and done, they didn't call to let me know this. The woman I spoke to ignored my question and asked me if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. "Nope" I said, "I would rather go with another service." She said "okay" and I hung up. I will now have to wait probably a week before I can get another company in here, but I refuse to deal with a company who doesn't know what customer service is. If you choose to use Maid For You, do not expect them to be on time.
