My wife purchased two magazines from Magazine Mansion over a year ago. They sent one correct magazine, but the other was incorrect. She has sent sent several (9)emails, and this has not been resolved. "Brad" from a gmail account and not from Magazine Mansion says that it should be resolved, but she has not received the correct subscription yet. His last response was Oct. 9, and it took her several months for her to get this response.
Needless to say, it's been over a year, and this company has been unresponsive to my wife's requests to resolve her problem.
