Incredible workouts at this place!!!!!
I've always been an athlete my whole life and have worked with several personal trainers & coaches but have NEVER experienced consistently varied & challenging workouts like I do EVERYTIME I workout at MZR Fitness. I was even able to get my 67 yr old parents to train at MZR and before 4 months ago, they had never worked out prior in their life. My mom just told me yesterday that she is starting to feel sexy again and that she hasn't felt like that in years. Thank you so much MZR Fitness for your great work with me and my parents!!!
