This company is the WORST, They are a bunch of liars and thieves. There is the Owner Mike, and a couple of office workers Tracy, Sergio, and Joseph. They are a car loan company where you give them your title and they give you a loan. I initially did not go thru them to get the loan, they supposedly bought the company that i started with. I don't believe that, as the girl who i was dealing with still works for the first company- Tracy. If you call them to make payment arrangement, say you are late, they will do that over the phone and make you feel like everything is okay. Then they come and take your car and tell you they have no control over that as it is a repo company. They took my car when the payment was only 5 days late, and i spoke to several people in the office letting them know what day I'd pay and they reassured me it was fine as long as i paid the late fee...It was my final payment to them, and i spoke with them on a Friday, they said everything was fine. Well Monday they came and took my car. When i spoke to the person i talked to on Friday, he told me "sorry". Through out the loan, they would not post payments and they would harass me for non payment. There were times i had to fax them proof of payment. I kept telling them to update their system and to get it together. I paid off the loan in January and they were supposed to send me my car title within two weeks. It is now Mid May and they still have not. The office people are liars and act incompetent. One day they say they would send it out, and then I'd call again and then they'd say no, it is still in the office. My lats convo with an office person was with Sergio. He was WAY RUDE and right away was Short, and non caring. He said they sent me a lien release,and not my actual title. When i told him where's my title, he said i have to go to the DMV to get it..... Didn't make sense. I have done a car loan before and when you pay them off, they send you the actual one you gave them. He said TOO BAD. They continually give me the run around, and now after being paid off for 4 months, i have to go to the DMV and fix this. Plus they don't know where my original keys are that i gave them.... They are rude, and liars. DO NOT trust this company. I give them NO STARS!
