Keep Raising Prices and Taking Away Features

They keep raising their prices and taking away features. They sent me an email telling me that they are humbled and grateful to have my business and they going to raise me to a higher tier unless I let them know that I don't want it. This is not the action of a company that humble and grateful! Then they took away features, now I'm not able to access basic customer information reports. What good is paying $125 a month for software that you enter information into that you can't access through a report? They hound me with sales calls constantly for added features that I don't need and to pay $400 to go to their conference. When I asked them why it's so expensive they said it's because Michelle Obama is going to be there. Big deal. It'd be nicer if they spent their money on providing better service than having Michelle over.
