raised prices from 50 to 135 - no option to opt out

Canceled first days of February/ had to pay for February and March. Called and have record of reps telling me that my account was going to be canceled yet they still charged me again for March
It's not about whats on paper or what the untrained reps told me / its about what's right or wrong from a company. If we are not using the product or not satisfied why keep charging?
