Neil Shearer of the company suddenly decided to upgrade my subscription which I do not want on 24 August 2017 without my knowledge and agreement. I have since emailed their subscription department on Sept 5,Laura on Sept 7, Neil on Sept 9, Arianna on Sept 14, chatted with Dusty on Sept 12, to request to revert back to the basic subscription and a refund.
However no one ever responded.
I am disappointed at their attitude.
