Think LONG and HARD about doing business with them

This company tries their best to swindle you out of your hard earned money. I would not trust them with your business as they will get you in at a discounted rate then after you use their services for a while they will go up on the price, start breaking functions of your software and then tell you they don't know when it's going to be fixed.
This particular review is in relation to Work Item 506732 - [Public API][Verified][GetClientServices][Business App] Unable to check out appointments with services that are associated with a service category relationship
This issue was first reported to Mindbody on July 31st and to-date nothing has been done to resolve it. We continuously call and email the company to only be told the following and I quote "Compensation: We discussed our Terms of Service, and how they do not grant compensation for work items such as these. The compensation you were given was related to your experience, and not associated in anyway with a loss of revenue, or increase in cost associated with this work item. Because you have already been compensated for your experience with this issue, there will be no additional or ongoing compensation applied to your account.
Internal Communication: I have reached out to our Developers for the most current information about this issue that they can provide to us. When they reply to me, I can relay that information to you. You will also be proactively notified via email when the issue is resolved."
This is fine and all but Mindbody will not sit here and continue to charge us full price for less than half of a product. Literally when teachers cannot check out lessons properly the system doesn't know to bill for the lessons. That means an overall decrease in revenue and a break down of the billing system. It's more than an inconvenience this is a severe headache to us as a company and personally brings a lot of stress upon me. I have to spend hours upon hours trying to contact each teacher to figure out who needs to be checked out and manually do it for them because most teachers are not carrying around a laptop with them and Mindbody's site is NOT mobile friendly. They allowed compensation once for the experience and the experience has NOT gotten any better. We just continue to try and wait it out but something has to give. They should not have broken a working app and now are taking ages to attempt to fix it.
They need to provide either compensation for the month of service or prorate the amount I'd say half-price because this is SUCH a big portion of the entire software. I'd like a courtesy for a credit to be provided each month until the work item / issue is resolved because we are being charged for services/software that is not properly being rendered and it's unacceptable! Teachers that cannot checkout properly with lessons cannot be paid properly in a timely matter nor will the students be billed properly. I'm so super frustrated with this company.
