Support has suffered

MindBody Online had excellent support up until the past 14 months. In the past, they provided us with excellent, skilled support. The tech agents actually understood the product and provided excellent support. NOW, since their "improvement", their support desk often requires a wait of several hours and the answers are sometimes incorrect. Their management change has been detrimental to their product and we are actively looking for a replacement.
