The app itself is cool, and easy to use.
The service is horrendous. I ve only had a few times when I was stuck and needed more help than the online seminars, and could not get responded too. I am not sure if this is due to being in New Zealand, but it was impossible to get what you needed.
One one occasion when I literally had to get help for pricing I finally got some one to help me after 3x emails, the 2nd and 3rd complaining, and 2 months!
To cancel my subscription, has been a living hell. Its now 60 days, I am calling it our
breakup-aversary, as you have start calling it something after so long.
Frustrating, usual coproate culture, I do NOT Recommend
