Greedy Business

After sending my 2 kids to this place for 3 years and paying about 3K every year I am coming to the conclusion that they have no idea about running a business and any customer service. Here is my story - out of the blue at the end of the school year they
started collecting (harassing) an insurance fee, which supposedly they forgot to collect at the beginning of the year. At first I was planning to pay it with the next session, but their way of harassment just killed any desire to continue with this place.
A legitimate make-up class for my daughter was denied, my son was even kept as a hostage in the office, frequent harassing phone calls, and all of this for THEIR MISTAKE. I just have enough. In the fall we will continue gymnastics, but with JAG, who are located
in the same area. Keep away from these greedy, incompetent people. I wish I could give them 0.
