I recently had a problem due to economic conditions beyond my control and was concerned about my HOA fees and what I should do - I was at first reluctant to call Lordon (my management company) as I was not sure if they could help me. They were not only willing but extremely helpful in explaining my options and encouraging me to work out a plan with my HOA. This helped me to avoid fees that I couldn't afford. I can say the call was well worth it and I have learned to appreciate what they can do for me.
