I would seriously caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with Lordon Management. I pay my association dues on time, sometimes months in advance, and can never get any customer service. I have emailed and left several phone messages at a time over the years I have been under there rules, and it is near IMPOSSIBLE to get a response. They do not follow the Association guidelines, they don't follow up and the owner has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. My neighbors feel as frustrated as I, we can not get assistance in a timely manner, and often the problems are compounded and more expensive by the time they finally give their attention to a concern/issue. There are competent association management companies out there, but Lordon Mangament is not one of them.
