They have an F rating with the BBB, and complaints on Yelp, RipOffReport and ComplaintsBoard so I am not alone. The BBB suggested I post HERE. Lone Star accidentally broke something and left a mess during the installation. They agreed to pay for the damage, but ignored every attempt of mine to be reimbursed. On the rare occasions when the alarm went off they called right away. Customer service ranges from indifference to hostile.. The alarm monitoring was perfect, the customer service at the exact opposite end of the spectrum. Maybe you will have a better experience with Lone Star.
