I bought a bedroom furniture and mattress last feb 21 and was told that they will delivery on the weekend. Received a call the day before the delivery and was told that the dresser was damaged. The next day, delivery came but had to return them because one of the part of the headboard was wrong. I called the customer service and was told that they will deliver everything on the next weekend. The 2nd delivery weekend came and the dresser was still missing. I called the salesman by the name of Mark from the fullerton office and he could not do anything since he was told as well by the customer service that everything will be delivered. Finally, I called their warehouse at Garden Grove (since customer service are not telling the truth) and spoke to harry and was told that the dresser is scheduled for delivery on Mar 27th. As of right now, I'm still missing the dresser. I hope Mr. Phil Linder, owner of Linders Furniture, is aware of whats going on with his company. I do hope that you are taking in consideration of many customers that are not satisfied with your service. I challenge you to live up to your advertisement of buying enjoyable furniture. Work ethics, policy and procedure are keys of a great company. I would not be recomending to buy anything from Linders Furniture.
