I ordered a full size bed, dressing table with mirror in November 2009. I was told the order will be shipped in January 2010. When I called in Jan 2010 I was told the mirror is damaged in shipping. So, I asked them to hold the delivery until March and deliver the entire order. When they delivered in March 2010, the mirror is missing. The delivery person has no clue about the mirror. So, i called the customer service again, and they told the same thing (mirror is damaged) and promised to deliver it in first week of May. Today when I called them the lady says they have not received the shipping yet and told to wait until June 2010 (they never called me to inform about it). When I questioned about the quality of their Customer Service she says "Have a good day Sir...” and hangs on me. When I called again saying I need to talk to the Supervisor, she said leave a voice message for the supervisor. So I left a VM for her.
I am tired of their service and not sure that I will get my mirror (for which i paid SIX MONTHS ago). I recommend not buying any thing from LINDER's at all. The Sales people are worst and the CS is even worst that I ever saw. Some one please advice me how can I get my mirror from them. Because we already got the dressing table. I may not find the matching mirror in another store. I am worried a lot...
