Summary: Salesperson TRIED to whisper to another customer, "If it were my choice, I'd kick them out," about me... he thought I didn't hear it, but boy did I give him a verbal lashing, and humiliated him like no other.Horrible customer service. That basically sums this place up. I went in the CERRITOS store looking for a living room set and came out FURIOUS. I agree with the review below, this place is ridiculous. I'm not going to drag this on, here this was it... generation gap and cultural customs was faulted on my party, but was addressed on the spot. But for the salesman (a young male) to RUDELY say, "If it were my choice, I'd kick them out" was completely uncalled for. WHO DOES THAT? He waited for me to be a good distance away from him before he said it, but obviously he doesn't know how to whisper and said it loud enough for me to hear and one of his fellow workers in the other direction. I verbally scolded him back and humiliated him on the spot.I don't normally write to corporate offices or write complaints online, but this was by far the worst customer service ever that I really wanted to write to a higher authority at Linder's Furniture. I went online to do so and no corporate contact information was available. You know there's something wrong with a company's customer service when they don't let you contact the head.After reading all these other complaints about this furniture company... I'm just really glad I'm not the only one who feels this way about them.One star, and needless to say, I'll find my living room set elsewhere.
