I was simply ordering my Bylaws and Resolutions, that was it. I was in no rush and happy to wait the 10-days to get it, HOWEVER I wanted to make sure the documents were available electronically too. So I called LegalZoom, the rep I talked to told me explicitly that "You will NOT get downloadable documents UNLESS you order the RUSH Service ($100 extra). Well, I wanted to get the electronic docs sooner, so I said ok and paid for the rush service, thinking that it was the only way to get the electronic docs sooner.
Well, when I found out that the little pr**k representative totally lied to me, I called to get the $100 back. They of course said NO, we sent the documents Rush like you requested. Not giving one f**k that their representative mislead and completely LIED just to get me to pay for the Rush, even though it was not needed.
