Unquestionably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They hold themselves out as providing professional resume consulting and targeted job search assistance, but given the quality of the documents they produce it's an open question whether their writers are even native English speakers. The resume and cover letter they provided for me, through two revisions that took the better part of a month, contained numerous, and very basic, errors of spelling, grammar, and usage; long, awkward sentences that sometimes didn't even make sense; and mischaracterizations and misrepresentations of my qualifications in spite of the voluminous information I provided to them. Worse, their customer service is basically nonexistent: my "employment advocate" was nigh impossible to get in touch with after the initial consultation, and the company steadfastly refuses to issue refunds to redress customer satisfaction problems. They stand on their Terms of Service, which aren't made clear at the time of sale, that customers have three days from the time of sale to cancel the service, after which time no refunds will be issued for any reason. Note that by the time you receive your first-draft documents from these guys, the three-day cancellation period will have long since lapsed. There's also more than a whiff of fraud about the company -- for example, the customer service staff all have heavy Indian or Pakistani accents, but nonetheless introduce themselves with names like "Scott Johnson" or "Karen Smith". Buyer beware: avoid Legal Authority like the plague, or be prepared to engage your credit card company to get your money back.
