I used this company when I could not pay my mortgage and the lender was taking my house. I asked them to help me with a foreclosure. They let me keep the house for a year after the foreclosure was filed and negotiated with two lenders. My first mortgage was reduced in payments to less than half and the principal on my second mortgage was reduced to only 10% of its original amount. This not only got us out of foreclosure but put us back on track with our finances. They also helped us reduce the amounts we own on our credit cards to an average of 40%. We were able to avoid bankruptcy and now can live in our house so our kids do not have to move to a new school. The whole process took over 7 months and we had to be patient because the banks were impossible to deal with (we tried to do it ourselves before hiring this firm but could not do anything).
