I ordered refill cart. for my brother MCF J410w and my HP 7100. the Hp was great. the brother was well another story. I was sent non compatible ink., of which I had requested, the box indicated it was not for my machine. I called and got Shannon B. She explained that I needed to send photos for her to show the problem.....? So I did and I needed to include my phone number so she could call me back, although I gave her my order # which includes this info. The photos did not come thru but I did not know this as she emailed me back about this with a response about returning the ink. She did not include the return information needed to do this. I resent the photos and never heard from her. I then called & asked for Aaron the owner. I have sent him 2 emails & left 2 vm's over 3 days time. no response. I was told by Shannon B that I just need to shove harder to get the ink cart to be accepted into the machine....? If its not gonna go its not gonna go. I was also told the design patents will make the ink cart. look different. Well the part of the ink that inserts into the machine must have a similar design for the machine to accept it. So Now instead of letting me get OEM or helping me return them, I am sitting on this ink i can not use. I tried this company because my father has used them with great satisfaction and I could get air miles by buying them thru AA.com. I will be calling in hopes that Miss Shannon does not answer the phone as it seems she might be the only one there and get my return and refund. I also will have to drive 30m to do this as I live in the mountains in Colorado, hence the internet shopping. Now I'll be paying shipping, gas and my time to get this corrected where a good customer service person/company would have offered to check out the problem, offered to send out the OEM ink (with additional cost but no shipping) and some kind of We are sorry for all the problems, but this company gave me the attitude that I was in the wrong and just did not know how to operate my machine. Gotta love facebook and twitter and all the other ways to let folks know not to buy from them.
