I live in NJ. I received the foot-board of the bed damaged.I called the customer service.The gentleman I talked with (his name was Danny) was very kind and professional. I received the replacement part in 10 days (Considering the warehouse is in CA, it is good enough for me. Over all I was OK with the item I purchased but very satisfied with the customer service I received.
