2.5 months still have not received my 3yr old pictures that were going to be ready in a week. Keep getting a run around. I have been there soo many times asking for pictures and they keep telling me to go back.
the session for my 3 month year old also taken the same day, and still being processed for me to VIEW!!!
Shavanna is the WORST person I have ever dealt with, worst customer service, she was sooooo rude when I first went in to take my sons pictures.
Due to the fact that my 3month baby feel asleep in the middle of the session I had to go back and finish the session that we started I was rescheduled numerous times only to show up and hear that the system was down and can not take pictures ( not even a courtesy call to inform me not to come in)
The time I showed up to finish my 3 months session, I had an appointment at 1pm. Shavanna once again rudely told me that I had to come back because she took someone else before me and because the system was sooo slow it had cut into my time and was not going to be able to take pictures until after 3 o'clock because she talked lunch from 2-3 and she doesn't work during her lunch break. I will admit I was no more than 5 minutes late and the people before me were already viewing their pictures. So I waited there from 1:05 till 3:00pm to be helped by Kendrick.
Its been 2.5 months I been talking to the District Manager Andrea and store manager Nikki. My problem has not been resolved. I talked to Michelle yesterday she said my pictures are still not in. I spoke to Kendrick on the 11th( or 10th) still waiting for the call back because he was helping a customer and was busy at that time.
