Attempted for 48 hours now to just get the company to change my default email address, increasingly, they are getting more and more hostile and accusing me of some sort of "criminal act" for changing my home ISP. Exact words from one representative "We may have no choice but to deny you access to your account until you can prove to us you had a justifiable reason for changing your home ISP from AT&T to Comcast" This to me is intolerable, and to this point they are still refusing to allow me access to switch my domain over to another provider or have access to any of my stuff hosted on their site.
In fact they have for some reason decided not to communicate at all, just simply stating that a Senior Support Supervisor must deal with this issue.. But refuse to explain why. The bill has been paid every month, and other than an issue that took a month to resolve (with nothing but a faux apology from them) for al the abuse i took from Spamhaus who had suddenly blocked my site due to some other issue on the Justhost server.
Right now i'd like some answers, which seem to be not forthcoming, and I have to ask myself why.
Stay away from this place if you have to change your ISp's for any reason at home, they seem to think it's some sort of criminal act to do so, making you jump through hoop after hoop after hoop with no real answers...
