Sub-par at the best of times. My site was down for 2 weeks when I first signed up. They suspended my account for no reason. When I threatened to get VISA fraud prevention involved they magically restored my account. My site is generally down twice a month. So they do not fulfil their 99.9% uptime promise and will not compensate you. They also use negative billing (renewing your subscription without asking and billing your card). This has actually been recently made illegal. I'm not going to continue using them, but I only paid $72 for 2 years of service ($3/mo). Good price, but terrible service. None of their live chat people know what they are talking about. You have to submit a ticket and if you don't purchase EXTRA priority support you are probably going to have to wait 48 hours. But that response will be useless and it will take about a week until they actually hear you. Again if you are really cheap and don't care about huge potential business losses because of down time for a fan site they might be usable. Otherwise, NO. Just read everyone else's reviews on this site before you buy.
