Very poor customer service. I signed up for recommended services and was immediately charged for them. After 2 weeks I canceled everything and was told my credit card would be credited. I later found out that these additional 'upgrades' are non-refundable. I agreed to these in the very fine print in my initial order. I have lost $112. They have kept my money and now I have nothing to show for it. Penalties are fine, but a total penalty is very poor and very much against the customer.
