This was nothing but a SCAM within 48 hours 35.00 has been removed from my checking account for a website that was never used or setup correctly. All to receive a refund of 5.95.
I read the terms and the conditions, before and after I clicked submit. Just Host is charging 20.00 plus another 10.00 (domain) for something that they have not even set up. I received an email from Nick Baker who was forwarded my account by Sophy Gasson . Apparently there were issues with setting my account up. How can they charge me for something that was not active.... alone used. On top of that they added a coupon to first take 50% off the bill then 3 months free. You guys must have your crossed. But someone needs to do something about this bc its not right at all. Your just the messenger, and I don't know what your job title is but maybe a manager or someone on a higher level may need to get involved. I can see if I used the account, the domain....or something. But it was just paid for yesterday....the money was taken out of my yesterday! Account unused.
The funny part is that I can go to any other website and set up an account and terminate the account within the same day , and receive a refund. You should really think about taking that " MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" off of the website .... clearly there is and never was any GUARANTEE that I would ever get any money back once I clicked that submit button. This was the worst experience ever! I am an unemployed , business owner. Someone who is trying to get their feet on the ground and you guys take my money. Thank you for your time!
