Worst Customer Care and web hosting ever...

I have been e mailing just host on a domain I purchased which was parked for over a week including half a dozen e mails. Till when I decided to try the on-line chat support. On average wait an hour on each chat representative, I would explain my issue initially and they replied that it was due to the switch they have changed the DNS settings and should be online in 48 hours.
After two days, Waited on the que again to learn that it should be online after 24 hours.
After a day, I received exciting news "Oh, I see. I have found the issue and resolved it kindly give it 2 hours"
I spent the last four days being switch through representatives who would only cut me off on a conversation.
Currently looking for a new host.
