This company is owned and operated by people who are very unprofessional. James Joffe is rude, unprofessional, and likes to yell at people. William Bill Hanks has a conviction in the Orange County Courts for Property and Deed fraud. The properties they manage are run with illegal activities. The people who work for this company are complacent in the criminal activities. These people should be in jail not getting rich from stealing people's homes with lies and misinformation. Beware of these people and the places they operate. Please don't fall for the baut and switch or misinformation they supply..Di not sign anything without reading it and taking pictures, record any and all conversations. Please protect yourself from these people and others like them. They belong to what I call a property mob...and they run it like the mob.
