During the two years we rented from this company they failed to follow up on numerous things. We had serious water damage due to a pipe leak. J.D. Property never sent anyone out for a mold inspection after the leak was fixed. We requested a copy of our signed lease on several occassions and never received one.
J.D. Property refused to refund us the majority of our security deposit after vacating the property. During the final walk-through we were told that we would have minimal charges for repairs. They kept 90% of our deposite and quoted us outragous numbers for minimal repairs. We took them to small claims court and won our case. J.D. Propert appealed the case and then never bothered to show up to the second court date. Which we won for the second time.
J.D. Property was very unorganized and did not follow CA laws pertaining to property rental.
