Terrible service. Disrepectful of customer. Waiting periods on the phone of sometimes over 50 minutes on hold. Holding funds for extended periods of time with no estimate of time required to complete risk investigation. Rude to customer. I wish I had read
previous reviews before switching to a processor that does not seem to to care about their customers business.
