Incredulous and Disgusted at the audacity of this company

I received an invoice from Integrated Supply Center today for toner cartridges for our copy machine. 1 toner cartridge for $398.00 + 27.66 freight-process-insurance and handling. I immediately called the company as I did not have them listed as an authorized vendor with our company. I spoke to Rick Miller and he said he would fax it right away.
The 'ship to' name was an employee not authorized to make purchases. Her last name was spelled incorrectly as well. I asked her about the invoice and she said she didn't place the order- a rep called her to 'confirm the order'. She said she told him the model number on our copier but didnt realize she was providing him information he didn't know. She assumed that someone else in our office had ordered the product and he was just calling to let us know that it was in stock ready to ship, etc.
I conducted a quick search online and found this site with reviews from businesses with similar experiences. I called Rick Miller again and asked him who had ordered the product. He named my employee. I told him that she did not order the product and he proceeded to tell me that she was wrong- she did order it and implied she was lying to me. He mentioned a sales rep so I asked him the name of the rep that spoke to my employee. The name was Mike James. I said "the same Mike James" that is listed as a scam sales person in reviews on various websites? That Mike James?" I told him we were sending the product back and that they should take a quick look online as their reputation is not good due to their questionable business practices.
After repeated attempts to convince me that MY employee was dishonest and said "she should just stick to ordering pizza since she can't handle any other type of orders" (the insults and insinuations from Rick almost made me laugh but I was more furious than incredulous)I told him not to call us again.
He did provide an RA number for UPS so that I could return the product.
