Extremely bad leads and extremely worse customer service!!!

Extremely bad leads, 80% people dont answer and when they do they are so extremely frustrated that they had not requested a lead, or they had requested a lead couple months ago and have already purchased insurance. other 20% business #'s, university #'s and when you request for any lead credit they deny most of them and tell us that they are not able to get in touch with the customer so they cant confirm and cant give credit also they asked me to call university and talk to all the department and find that person they cant credit that lead.
