Bought a MIG welder through their eBay store. Shipping was good; however, part only worked for 10 minutes before sparks shot out from the casing. The company instructed me to send the broken unit back, which I did 3 days later after speaking with the company, and said they would send me a new one as soon as they received my returned item. A few days after they received my returne, I requested a refund instead, which would have saved the company in shipping costs. They said they would refund me instead. It has been 4 weeks since the incident and I haven't received any compensation from the company. I paid them $219.99 for a welder I no longer have in my possession nor did I ever receive a refund. I currently view this company as a thief. They have stolen my money and refuse to honor what they promise in their eBay postings. I was still within a 90 day warranty, which was stated in the listing. This company is a liar and a thief. Beware when deciding to buy from this company. EBay Seller ID is: Econoestore. Everything would have worked out well if they provided the customer service satisfaction they strive for and followed through with what they said they were going to do. I am willing to remove this review when justice has been served.
