Every experience i have had with this company Inline Four, has absolutely been terrible. They are always nice and cheery but have lied straight in my face multiple time, and by multiple employee's. they have told me they ordered a part that i payed in full and would not order it, i give them all the phone numbers they can reach me at and WILL never call, they ask for my number every time i come in and they still don't call on status of the product. i later come to find out they never ordered it. I asked why and they said "these things just take time". it has been a little over 2 months now and i still have not received my ordered part or my money back. They will not give me my money back because and i quote, "we are just the middle man, we don't want to lose money". Well they are terrible in customer service and hoping that i just go away and give up over this Neuspeed Strut tower bar. Their BBB rating is at an "F", hmmm i wonder why. Stay way from this company, while i was waiting for the owner to come talk to me another person came in to complain that they rebuilt his entire Acura integra motor and did not put in a majority of the bolts and did not change the parts he wanted.
