Avoid this company. I purchased cartridges for an epson cx5000. The company guaranteed function. The printer failed to recognize the cartridges. When I tried to obtain a refund by following instructions and requesting via email an RMA, the company failed to respond to numerous emails over several months. Likewise they failed to return any phone calls made to customer service if there was an indication of a problem. A little research online disclosed others with identical results and noone with differing results.
