I was called about getting on with this company to process credit cards . They also offered me an advance on my credit card reciepts. The rate was high, but I ended up taking it to furthur my business. I asked alot of questions and felt that they were being up front on everything. I was faxed pappers to sign which had places marked out on them. I sent them back, never was asked or told anything about the one page that they say had info about there being a $950 processing fee ( for doing a $9500 loan that was going to cost me $13,100)that they were taking out of my checking account prior to them ever funding any money.
They do not have a signed paper stating that I agree to this and when I called about it they became very nasty and told be that yae they would take it all back but that I would still owe them and that I would be turned into the legal department and that they could go after all of the money in my account! This is even if I cancelled!
This is the mafia loan business at its best!
It is not worth it to get money at 50% plus interest!
I would not recomend this to anyone!
$$$$$ It is now September 5th and they still have not gotten back with me and I now show closing cost being taken out of my checking account on a loan that they falsly charged me $950 for and is now taking more!
This is not a good thing. Nor is it worth it to be held hostage to a company that hides its people and its info from the inocent consumer.
September 12 still no return calls. Just found out that they are hitting my bank account for $500 plus dollars in the last 15 days for no reason.
I see where other people have posted but they dont put there names on here. I have a feeling it is postings from the company to make themselves look better. If this is not the case then why doesnt the company call people back and take care of there business.
