I give this company total ZERO stars - clearly based on my own experience and other reviews, IT Tech Products is involved in "Criminal Fraud" - they have invoiced my firm for 4 toners without even identifying the type of toners or serial numbers or my firm's copier type etc. Clearly this is a stupid, desperate attempt on "IT Tech Products and its criminal affiliates" to steal other people's money!! Anyone who comes in contact with this company regarding similar type of invoicing should consider contacting their local law enforcement office (Fraud Division) and also file complaint with California Attorney General Office (Consumer Fraud Division).
