Wow! Same experience as everyone else. I was contacted and told that the price of toner went up and we weren't notified. Fell right into it! The funny thing is I had just ordered toner the day before from the company we use. When it came in i contacted the 800 number and was transferred to Alice. You know it's not a legitimate company when Alice is immediately deffensive and instead of listening to my problem she wants to correct my tone. She told me in order to return i would have to arrange delivery and then call her back with a tracking number. When I called her back she then wanted to send someone out to pick it up. How can i trust them? I fully expect to have more problems with the return delivery.
