Same Experience

I had the same experience as everyone else and when I called IDCSERVCO to return the cartridge that I didn't want/order I spoke with a very rude "Stephanie" who told me that if that was not the way we usually ordered printer cartridges then we shouldn't have ordered it (leading me to believe that they deal with this all the time) and that she would e-mail me a return UPS label and hung up on me. The UPS label turned up TWO days later. Needless to say, even if they don't have anything to do with the scam (which I doubt) they need to improve their customer service skills because hanging up on customers just because they want to make a return is ridiculous.
