This should actually be zero stars, but it won't let me.
This company is DEFINITELY a scam. They work WITH (not for) Warehouse Service Center. Our company has been battling with them for almost a year. It started with them calling and asking for the person that is responsible for ordering supplies and what type of printer we have. Our temporary receptionist at the time obliged with the information. A few weeks later we received a delivery via UPS for several UNSOLICITED toner cartridges. About a week later, we received a bill asking for almost $500 for each cartridge. They did not have anything signed from us and I demanded that they pick them up immediately as we did not want or ask for their product because we have maintenance agreenments on all of our equipment that include supplies. They argued that the signed UPS confirmation was their proof that we ordered it. Several months later when they realized they would not be paid they finally picked them up and then tried to stick us with a bill for shipping (HA!). Several weeks ago, they did it again. I've filed complaints with the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB (surprise, surprise, they are NOT registered members and apparently have 1000's of unresolved complaints).
Run from this company!
