I unfortunately did not have a good experience at I Salon. This was first time going to the I salon, and I more than likely will not return. The workers were very pleasant, but the "New Girl's" technique was awful. She cut my skin and missed many areas that one of the more experienced threaders had to go over. The decor was really cool, however, I did notice that the waiting area chairs were dirty and mis- matched and the counters looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.
