Total Loss Department

My car was stolen in March, my insurance company has been try to get a letter of guarantee from Hyundai to pay the car off, it has been 3months now still no letter from Hyundai about the letter. The insurance company and myself has been calling weekly and they keep saying they sending email to the Total Loss Department and it's nothing more they can do after they send an email over to that department. The manager said there is no Total Loss manger they can talk to the only thing they can do is to continue to send emails over to that department. This is a total disgrace for a car business. You would think that if you are trying to pay the car off it would be a much better transition. They tell me I'm still responsible for paying the car note, although the insurance is trying to pay the car off. If they send the letter of guarantee the car will be paid off, if i don't continue to pay the car note they will report me to the credit bureau, and make my credit go down.
